By creating an account on remi01, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the remi01 platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the remi01 platform, regardless of how you access the service (web browser, mobile browser, or any other method). Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the remi01 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
remi01 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
The remi01 platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia only. You confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and each time you access the platform. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account with remi01. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. remi01 employs sophisticated duplicate-account detection systems. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and all funds and bonuses forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If your personal details change (including name, address, email, phone number, or payment details), you must update your account information immediately. remi01 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must notify remi01 immediately via email at [email protected]. remi01 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
remi01 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, users who do not enable this feature assume full responsibility for any unauthorized access to their accounts.
remi01 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. remi01 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Most deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited to your account instantly or within 5 minutes. Deposits made during bank maintenance windows or outside Indonesian banking hours may be delayed. remi01 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your remi01 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use those funds for gambling purposes. remi01 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
remi01 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees imposed by your financial institution.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during regular banking hours (typically 08:00–16:00 WIB Monday–Friday). Withdrawals to other banks or e-wallets may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day) will be processed on the next banking business day.
VIP-tier members (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing as outlined in the VIP program terms.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Standard accounts are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal limits. VIP-tier accounts may have higher limits. All limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
remi01 is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, remi01 will require you to submit proof of identity (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months). Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.
Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by you at any time before processing is complete. Once a withdrawal has been processed and funds have left the remi01 system, the transaction cannot be reversed.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by remi01 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. By accepting a bonus, you agree to abide by the associated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before the bonus and its associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10–20%, and some games may be excluded entirely). Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
remi01 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses (and any associated winnings) if we reasonably believe you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at remi01's sole discretion.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (minus any bets placed with bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal.
All sports bets placed on remi01 are settled according to the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIA for motorsport). remi01 reserves the right to void bets if the event is abandoned, postponed, or if the result is affected by obvious officiating errors or match-fixing. Detailed sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for specific sports and bet types (e.g., mix parlay, Asian handicap/voor bola, over/under), are available on the sportsbook rules page.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be influenced by remi01 or any player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results as published by the relevant lottery authority. remi01 does not conduct the draws; we act solely as a betting platform. If a draw is cancelled or results are disputed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
remi01 reserves the right to void bets or correct payouts if an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical error, incorrect game results posted, duplicate bets processed in error, or bets placed after an event has already concluded. If an obvious error is identified, remi01 will notify affected users and adjust accounts accordingly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the remi01 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
While remi01 strives to maintain 99%+ uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. remi01 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary service outages, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control (including third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions).
remi01 provides access to third-party game content (slots, live dealer games, etc.) and sports data feeds. While we partner only with reputable, licensed providers, remi01 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content. Game outcomes, odds, and results are determined by third-party systems over which remi01 has no control.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money by using the remi01 platform. remi01 is not liable for any gambling losses you incur. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for gambling within your financial means. To the maximum extent permitted by law, remi01's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to remi01 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
You may close your remi01 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not release you from any obligations under these Terms, including any outstanding debts or liabilities.
remi01 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the remi01 platform for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting [email protected]. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the remi01 platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. remi01 commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within 5 business days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Your Username]". Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior manager and a formal written response will be provided within 10 business days.
All decisions made by remi01 regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms, including bet settlements, bonus disputes, and account actions, are final and binding. remi01's decision-making process is guided by these Terms, industry best practices, and fairness principles, but remi01 retains ultimate discretion in all matters.
remi01 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendments.
Your continued use of the remi01 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which remi01 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of remi01 complies with all applicable laws in Indonesia and your specific location within Indonesia. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the remi01 platform.
